Anand V Karyattu is an Indian film actor who made his debut in 2018 through the movie Kuttanpillayude Sivarathri although the movie he first acted was the much acclaimed Malayalam movie Kottayam. He is born in Adoor, Kerala, to Chandradara and Vijayakumar as their second child in the twins. His twin brother Aravind V Karyattu is an MBA student. In the movie Kottayam he portrayed the role of an Assameese boy. The movie was selected for the World Montreal Film Festival. It was one among the twelve movies that got selected for screening in IFFK in Thiruvananthapuram. Anand V Karyattu's early schooling was in RSM public school, Parakode, which is near his home in Adoor. He did his later schooling in Newman Central School, Mangadu. He was an active participant in the school annual day functions from where his destiny to the movies started. Here, he has participated in skits and mime, expressing himself without words which made him fall in love with acting. He took part in many Sahodaya competitions and was awarded for his performances in mime. He was an athlete too in his school days. He was crowned the All Rounder Champions trophy several times. After completing his schooling from Mount Tabor, Pathanapuram, he completed visual designing from Catholicate Institute of Multimedia Studies. Later he joined for the bachelor's degree in English. From there started to his chase for the dream as he started his modeling career. Afterwards he started doing ads for channels like Flowers TV and Asianet. In the middle of it he got the opportunity to make his entry into the Malayalam movie industry through Kottayam. After checking his luck in many auditions he was selected for the role of Anand Pande in the movie. As part of exploring new areas in movies he also worked as Assistant director in several movies.
