Sebastian Ortiz Wilkins

Sebastian Ortiz Wilkins, made his movie debut when he was only 14 years old. He began acting into Indie short films in Mexico and began writing and directing his own projects at the age of 16. He graduates from the German School in Mexico, Guadalajara. Now the director's filmography includes more than 6 full-length short films, 1 Web series, and some Music videos. His surrealistic storylines have always attracted attention. Sebastian was born on April 21, 1999. Worked for an agency of actors called "Tardigrada" in the city of Guadalajara. He got selected to be one of the judges and participants for the 19th Edition for the Berlin & Beyond Film Festival "Youth 4 German Cinema". Now our young Mexican Filmmaker specialized in Directing and Cinematography and with his acting skills won the Certificate for "Outstanding Achievement Award for The Most Exciting Emerging Filmmaker" at Independent Shorts Awards, Los Angeles 2019". Went straight to work films like "Mente Mariposa" (2018), "Bonsai" (2017), "Tus Ojos" (2019) which are being screened around the world like Germany, Mexico, Croatia, Canada, and the Philippines. Sebastian continues his dream as a Filmmaker and studying a career in business at the University BCIT in Vancouver, BC.
