Devin Lynn Franklin

Actress Devin Lynn Franklin was born and raised in Claremont, CA. She is the daughter of Albert Franklin, an entrepreneur, and Andrea Green, a teacher. She has four brothers and two sisters. Her father is of Mexican and Spanish descent, and her mother's ancestry is Swedish, Slovak, and English. From an early age she was exposed to the arts through dancing, singing, and classical piano, but it was during a theater class while attending Claremont High School that she fell in love with acting. She began perfecting her craft doing on-camera workshops with notable studios such as Ivana Chubbuck Studio, Margie Harbor Studio, and others. Through this training she has had the opportunity to work with actors Melissa Benoist from Glee and Supergirl, and Lucas Neff from Raising Hope. In May 2018, she graduated from Azusa Pacific University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting for the Stage and Screen. Devin says she is very interested in one day being able to use her horseback riding or dirt bike riding skills in a future role.
