Born and raised in Melbourne, Australia, Jackson quickly developed a love for writing and filmmaking from a young age. Experienced in writing and directing short films, Jackson is slowly building his portfolio. With his early work of "The Schoolies Week Murders", "Benny Oz : Plan B" and "The Backpacker Documentary", Jackson soon found a passion for bringing his ideas to life. Growing up Jackson would find his voice with collection of short stories, however it wasn't until his later years in high school that he found his love for film. With a flurry of ideas, Jackson found himself learning the art of screenwriting at the age of 16 and would go on to study Bachelor of Film at SAE Institute South Melbourne to develop his craft further. It was here where Jackson's journey into filmmaking began. It was here Jackson would be exposed to filming live musical performances, having the luxury of working with a handful popular Australian artists. Since graduating film school, Jackson began working as a freelance videographer and editor. Finding work in live events, predominantly live professional wrestling, Jackson has built a reputation in the community as a competent, all around filmmaker; a 'Swiss Army Knife' you might call him.
