Lydia Caradine began acting as a child in elementary school plays and continued her drama involvement in high school and college. In addition to acting, she's trained in classical ballet. Ballet was Lydia's first love, but because of frequent cross-country moves as a child, she wasn't able to dance consistently. After studying the Method in college, Lydia focused on developing as a writer. Her mother is an artist and encouraged her to become a skilled painter as well. Upon moving to Los Angeles, Lydia spent several years learning and performing improv. She also studied at the Stella Adler Academy of Acting and Theatre, which was the most meaningful part of her acting journey.
