Adrián Rene Ramírez Rodríguez, stage name (Dian Rene), is a singer, composer, actor, musician, and model born in the Banes municipality, Holguín province in Cuba. From an early age he participated in amateur festivals, reaching national level in the children's song festival "Singing to the Sun" 2005, where he won an interpretation prize, UNICEF prize, and the solidarity prize granted by the Cuban Institute of Friendship with the People and the song was nominated by the Cubadisco 2009. At the end of high school he entered the music conservatory "José María Ochoa" in the province of Holguín thus beginning his musical studies at the intermediate level in the Teaching Artistic Unit of the Lyric Theater "Rodrigo Prats" in the specialty of lyrical singing and opera. During this period he participated in several works within the company and as a soloist in concerts, performing in several provinces of the country, as well as in recitals and show "Candilejas por siempre". In 2009, he graduated from this level presenting a varied program and obtaining the highest rating. He started his studies at the top level in this same year at the Higher Institute of Art, where he obtained very good results at the vocal and interpretation levels, obtaining the City Prize the best male performance in theater in 2012, awarded by the city on the occasion of the XXX Day of the Holguin Culture. In the province of Holguin and in Havana, he toured around the country with great acceptance of the people. Dian was flown to Los Angeles in June of 2018 to join the FOX TV show "THE FOUR: Battle For Stardom" Season 2 Episode 4, where he auditioned for judges DJ KHALED, P-DIDDY, and MEGHAN TRAINOR. In his video introduction, Dian shared his story about his arrival from Cuba to pursue his dream in becoming a crossover Latin/Pop entertainer. After performing with "HERO" by Enrique Iglesias, he impressed the judges and crowd, landing the opportunity to battle singer James Graham for a chance to steal his chair and fight for a record deal with Republic Records. His second performance against James really spiced things up and captured the attention of many viewers worldwide. He received great compliments and positive feedback from the judges after performing "FLOR PALIDA" by Marc Anthony. He even threw in a private salsa dance lesson for P-DIDDY and host FERGIE (former member of Black-Eyed Peas). Although Dian didn't win the battle, many felt it wasn't the right platform for his latin talent to shine and social media began to explode with comments. Since his appearance on the show, his fan base has increased by the thousands and he now resides in Miami, Florida. Dian is now working with well known Latin Grammy Award winning and nominated producers and engineers. He's due to release his first ever reggaeton single called "AYUDAME" in October and has officially begun the process of pursuing his dreams as an up and coming star in the United States.
