Arielle Nickerson

Arielle Nickerson was born in New York in August 2008 and is the younger sibling to a brother who also plays leading roles in community theatre and school musicals. Arielle's comedic wit, charming personality, maturity, and professional work ethic always have a positive and lasting impact on production teams, co-actors, and audiences. We, Arielle's parents, introduced her to performing arts at the age of 5 in the local community theatre program and then in an excellent school-based arts program. She loved the theatre from those first moments onward. School theatre directors and instructors supported Arielle to pursue her passion for performance and became her earliest champions. Arielle landed her first short film role early this year as 'Sandra' in Silent Road short film (2018). Arielle has also completed 8 short student films this year alone with a variety of roles, from lead to supporting. Arielle enjoys playing viola and clarinet, as well as piano, and she recently picked up the ukulele. She is also an active player in a competitive travel soccer team where she in known for blazing speed and technique. Arielle is a well-balanced kid and an excellent student in a dual-language program (English-Spanish) since kindergarten. When she is not on the set, in school, or practicing music or soccer, she is volunteering in local senior citizen home where she sings or plays instruments for residents who just adore her.
