Jonathan Zeuthan Knoll (b. 1991) trained as a chef at the Culinary Institute of Copenhagen before working as a chief apprentice under Hannah Grant at David's Bistro. Under Hannah's guidance, he also graduated with top grades and a medal as a chef for the Saxo Bank cycling team- a job he earned by biking from Copenhagen to Barcelona on a Long John bike in 100 days.
