Simon Kruger (b. 1988) trained as a chef at the Culinary Institute of Copenhagen before serving as an apprentice under Hannah Grant. After graduating with top grades and a medal from Michelin Star restaurant Relae in Copenhagen, he spent a year in Bolivia to work as a development sous chef and teach children how to cook at La Paz's project restaurant, Gustu. He is a sous chef in New York City, where he also helped open the food hall at Grand Central Station.
