Jorge was born in Malaga, southern Spain, and spent his childhood travelling with his family to Seville, Madrid and Valencia. As an only child, he spent lots of time studying english, reading the likes of Poe and Lovecraft, watching films and creating his first stories with toys. He decided already as a kid that his career wasn't going to be in outdoor or sport activities and declined career opportunities as basket player, policeman or soldier. Jorge left school after elementary and decided to try very different (and somehow secret) trades of life, including a short escapade to Germany at the age of 17. When he was 19, he got an offer as actor in a haunted house, which led him to Theatre School. He studied Stage Direction and Dramaturgy (1996-2000) and thus began a new chapter in his life: During the next 5 years, he worked tirelessly, directing more than 25 theatre plays, readings, ceremonies for film festivals, as well as working in theatre sound and lightning. Jorge filmed a couple of small horror short films and performed as an actor in some B-movies and theatre plays that he'd rather keep as secret. After Theatre School, Jorge got also a degree as a Language Teacher and Researcher in Creativity (Psychology). The academical/teaching aspect of his career run parallel to his practice as an artist and technician. In 2004 Jorge decided to take a year off and moved to Copenhagen to get new inspiration and learn to play music. In 2018 he still living there, as he got interesting jobs as Theatre History teacher, Team Building manager, Technical manager and then as an Artistic Director for music, theatre and movie venues. He's been playing music and recorded a CD with the band Spoil, got a degree in Experience Management by Roskilde University, and after a long break form theatre and film, he's back with the documentary "Unfading" and the TV series "The Voice of God" in 2019.
