An accidental, yet destined meet up between two strangers Ruhaan and Reet, ends up with them visiting Reet's home town in Rajasthan. Fate leads them to opening up an old secret due to which all hell breaks loose leading to one lie, leading to a whole pile of lies sends Ruhaan and Reet on a scary rollercoaster ride and their tragedy keeps becoming our comedy.

When U.S.-based Siddharth visits his Indian home town with his new wife, he insists they stay at the ancestral home, laughing off family members' warnings of ghostly goings-on in the mansion. But events soon make him reconsider his beliefs. As unexplained and terrifying occurrences arise, Siddharth calls on his doctor friend to help solve the mystery. What will be the outcome? Will Siddharth's friend be able to solve this riddle?

In the third installment of this horror-comedy franchise, Ruhaan “Rooh Baba”, a fake ghost hunter who claims to have the ability to connect with spirits, is tricked by Meera's uncle, who assures him that the young woman is possessed. However, his real goal is to lure him to the Rakht Ghat mansion, where Ruhaan discovers that Manjulika, a vengeful spirit, terrorizes the place. As the film progresses, Ruhaan and Meera begin to grow closer. He, caught between paranormal phenomena and dark family secrets, must confront the terrifying spirit.
