Thou Shalt Not Steal (2024)

Thou Shalt Not Steal follows the high-energy, tumultuous journey of 17-year-old Robyn, who has recently escaped juvenile detention, and the sweet but naive Gidge. Their paths cross by chance, and they begrudgingly entangled in each other’s lives. As they embark on a road trip in search of answers, Robyn discovers a startling truth about her father, all while both are confronted with the harsh realities of their troubled pasts. Pursuing them are Gidge’s father, a less-than-reverent preacher, and Maxine, a no-nonsense taxi driver, each with their dubious motives for tracking down Robyn and Gidge.
