Iveta (2023)

She's sassy, honest, and doesn't play around. Watch out, the beauty from Trebisov is coming. There are places on earth where God is not. Like for example in Trebisov in eastern Slovakia. On the other hand, there is Iveta, a quirky eighteen-year-old girl who enjoys life to the fullest and doesn't care what anyone thinks of her. He doesn't pay much attention to school, instead hanging out at the local pub, playing poker and drinking pints with older gentlemen. She lives alone with her strongly religious mother, Diana, who usually prays for her daughter when she prays. As if by a real intervention from above, the talent scout Ivan arrives in Trebisov and notices the beautiful Iveta in front of the ballet studio. He would like to offer her a modeling job in Bratislava, but she shouldn't get into another trouble for which she is at risk of being expelled from school.
