Morgus Presents (1964)

"Morgus Presents" was a hosted horror movie show with Sid Nola as "Dr. Morgus" who presented movies Friday at 11:30 pm, on WJBK-TV Channel 2, Detroit, Michigan in the mid 1960's. "Dr. Morgus" was assisted by a robot named "Armsby" and "E.R.I.C." (The Eon Research Infinity Computer), Apple II computer with a skull as the speaker, with two large-gauge metal-insulated cables attached to the temples, with a movable jaw. During the same period, "Dr. Morgus" hosted a weather show Mondays to Fridays at 5:55 pm before the local news, on WJBK-TV. "Dr. Morgus" was also assisted by his robot sidekick "Armsby". The forecast would be projected on the front panel of the robot.
