The Blue Goose: MSP (2017)

THE BLUE GOOSE is a 45 minute long, 14 episode television reality / documentary series showcasing the 122nd recruit school of the Michigan State Police academy. Known as one of the toughest police academies in the country if not the world, the MSP academy is a 20 week, non-stop challenge. KTTBG creatively blends the difficulties of this experience along with the personal stories of not only the recruits and instructors but their families as well. Mixed within the series are 'in-car' videos from life and death police incidents that tie to the training showcased in each episode (i.e. a video of Troopers engaged in a deadly shoot out with two bank robbers who moments earlier had killed a police officer). During this season of The Blue Goose the viewers will get to experience not only the trials of becoming a Trooper, but they will get to know the human side of our first responders. In one episode while a recruit is excused to make it home for the birth of a child, an instructor relives the horror he faced during his academy when his infant son was killed by a baby sitter. Yes, THE BLUE GOOSE is more than a show about guns, bullets and police vehicles - it is about compelling stories of those who risk it all to protect the rest of us. !BUOY 22 FILMS was allowed to go where no film crew has ever gone before - and now the world will get to see what it takes to earn the KEYS TO THE BLUE GOOSE.
