The Expecting (2020)

AnnaSophia Robb's character is shown naked at the beginning of the story. The scene itself is brief, but there are several brief flashbacks to the night before, where she is also naked. Her breasts, genitals, and butt are all covered with clever camera work, with one exception where she's fully naked from behind; however, her butt is covered by lighting tricks.
