A global virus ravaged humanity; only this virus is not of our world. It was sent to eradicate us. Humanity's lust for power proved our downfall. A Dark Covenant was struck with the Aliens by the world's elite and powerful. The virus was unleashed by our own hands. Only, for reasons unknown, children are not infected. Sent on a perilous and dangerous quest by their infected father, two children begin their journey into the unknown. Far to the west, in California, lies a rumored Sanctuary and the possibility of a vaccine. And hope. Dark Covenant is the story of a group of children as they try to survive against the backdrop of a ruined America. Our story leans into some familiar genres while telling a story of our current time. Part dystopian, part zombie, part alien invasion, this is the story of the human condition as seen through the eyes of children.
