Intertwined (2021)

Allegra wants to venture into theatre with a musical that her grandmother Cocó starred in decades ago, but her mother, Caterina, opposes this and tensions the relationship with her daughter. An unexpected discovery takes Allegra back to 1994, where she meets the teenage version of her mother, whom she befriends, and in the process Allegra discovers the differences between Caterina and Cocó. This youthful tragicomedy featuring Carolina Domenech in a charming leading role offers a fun trip back in time, with music and dance.
