Sometimes when a demon goes back to hell or back to wart a portal appears. That portal being an anus. Context? Well a giant butt shows up and the demon walks inside it to go back to hell. One time on the second episode beelzebub was sent to earth and you can see her flying through the anus and soon fly's out karen's toilet. You can see poo flying everywhere since Karen was on the toilet at the time.

A child is killed by a flame ball and is sent to hell.

Kids play violent video games. They include gunshots stabbing blood and guts.

We've seen an animal get impaled and his guts was exposed.

We've seen characters get incinerated.

A Unicorn was eviscerated and decapitated.

You can see in hell there's a demon dipping a human in blood and biting them in half. You can see guts hanging out the other half.

In some cases it could be severe in gore AND violence. But since it isn't too frequent then there's an exception for it being Moderate.
