The Avant Garde Goddess (2014)

Giovanna Garde is on the verge of turning 30 years old, and she seems to have it all. She has a fantastic job writing a weekly health and fitness column for the L.A. Times. She also writes her own anonymous blog called "The Avant Garde Goddess" that has become quite popular with over 2 million followers. But on her 30th birthday, Giovanna gets an unexpected surprise, when she is laid off from her job at the L.A. Times. To make her terrible, horrible, no good, very bad birthday even worse, this is also the day she's moving out of the apartment she shared with her live-in ex-boyfriend, Vince. Meanwhile, Giovanna's best friend and ex-party girl, Nora, is having trouble balancing motherhood with her busy social life.
