When a man is walking out of a strip club, he is approached by a man with a mask on who pulls out a razor blade and one pair of scissors. The attacker then stabs the man in the eyes and chest, finally slitting his wrists then throat with the razor. Very graphic and bloody.
A woman is walking out of a grocery store and then she is kidnapped and put in a vehicle. She awakens to find herself tied up in an empty warehouse. A killer comes in and tattoos her eyeball which is shown on screen. The killer then takes an axe and strikes her in the shoulder and neck and finally in the head. This is all shown in a horror context so less disturbing but still realistic and gory.
A scene depicts a killer taking a hammer to a man's face and teeth and then taking a huge tree branch and smashes his kneecaps and then kills him by bashing his head in with a rock.
A demon viciously tears someone's throat out and digs into their torso over and over again. Brutal and gory.
Three people are shown talking in a bar when a killer comes in and breaks a liquor bottle and smashes it over someone's head and lights them on fire, then shoots them five times in the face. The killer gets shot in the leg and takes a chair, smashes it, picks up the leg of the chair and kills the man before the other man can get the gun. The killer walks to the injured man and takes a box cutter and slits his throat.
Somebody gets killed with a chainsaw. The person is cut in the leg and then killed with the chainsaw. All on screen with blood and gore.
A woman with the top of her head cut off, takes a scalpel and cuts off a man's fingernails and then throws up on the man. A dog comes in and eats the man. Gruesome and disturbing.
A sequence of events show a woman getting impaled and hung by a hook and then lowered into a woodchipper, a cannibalistic ritual in which a man is disemboweled and eaten, a man being tied around a tree and killed by being stoned by various objects, and a man being beaten robbed and raped offscreen.
A glass roof is purposely broken and it breaks into sharp pieces and slices and impales people with bloody results.
A man has his teeth extracted and his tongue is cut off by a sword.
A home invasion is depicted in which a group of cult members break into a man's house where they kill his husband by bashing his head in with a spiked baseball bat. Then they kill his child offscreen by shooting them. They also shoot his dog offscreen. A member then rapes the man and then hangs him.
A scene happens where a huge brawl happens in which a person gets stabbed in the neck with a pool stick and gore and blood gushes out, punching and kicking resulting in wounds and bruises, a glass bottle gets smashed on someones face and then a person picks up a shard of glass and stabs someone in the achilles heel. A man has his legs and arms broken. And a person gets impaled with bull horns over and over again, piercing his stomach.
