Monica is having a bit of a hard time adulting. Between the recent breakup, and money issues, she has her hands full. Not to mention she has to, deal with the never ending antics of her roommate Erik. Plus with her mom dating, and sister coming into town, just adds to the crazy. Dont worry though she'll be okay in the end. - I think.
