Badaber Fortress (2018)

Spring 1985. Intelligence officer Yuri Nikitin gets into the Pakistani fortress in Badaber. He was ordered by the Soviet Military Intelligence service to collect the evidence of existence of a Mujahideen training center operated by CIA. Having completed this life-threatening task, Nikitin finds a group of Russian prisoners of war, one of whom is his friend Mikhail, the son of his commander General Kolesov, who has been listed as missing in action for several years. Nikitin decides to stay and to rescue the condemned. He inspires the soldiers to regain hope and to start a riot against the armed to the teeth armed at all points Mujahideen.
