This show offers a completely fresh take on the world of health and fitness by combining celebrity action, unbelievable feats of fitness, irreverent humour and useful advice, fronted by a pair of Personal Trainers - and best friends - who are passionate about getting the UK moving. Peter Kay pole dancing, Premiership Brighton Hove Albion football team playing Quidditch, Peter Andre paddle boarding off the coast of Ireland, Olympic Boxing Gold Medalist and gay role model Nicola Adams will be canyoning in Madeira and Claudia Winkleman tackling the all new Prama at a local gym dance studio we will have lots of fun. It is The Two Ronnies meets Anchorman wrapped around a hint of Jackass. Each episode features a special celebrity guest and is comprised of five distinct chapters: Global Fitness Stories, Street PT, Gameshow Challenge, Pete and Joe Try...(a special type of adventure sport with a celebrity), and then cooking the favourite healthy meal of each week's celebrity in our kitchen.
