Annie McGuire (1988)

Newlyweds Annie and Nick McGuire are both bringing plenty of personal history into their marriage. They both have kids from previous marriages and are trying to balance their respective jobs (she's in politics, he's in engineering). They must also deal with his father and her mother, who are political polar opposites.
