Both female and male nudity. Bare female breasts are seen many times. A brief glimpse of a vagina is seen. A young man and a girl passionately kiss. It is implied they have sex afterwards. Some sexual innuendo.

Some violent scenes but nothing graphic. A man slaps a woman, her nose starts to bleed. Some scenes include blood but very briefly. A car crash leaves a character in a coma for a short time and then paralyzed from the waist down. A patient with a wound in chest is seen briefly, not graphic but some blood.

Some harsh language in every episode. "Perkele" is the most used curse word.

People drink and smoke a lot. Alcoholism is one of the themes of the series.

Young children can watch the series, but some scenes can be intense. The series addresses topics such as alcoholism, suicide, and depression, for example.
