The show mostly consists of discussions related to DNA, infidelity, and other sexual topics.

The sexual topics aren't discussed very explicitly, and aren't as bad as Jerry Springer, but can sometimes be frank.

In one older episode, a little boy is shown threatening and making violent threats to his mother. These threats are disturbing, and include "I punch her, I kick her, I slap her", to refer to him beating his mother.

In the same episode, the boy insults his mother repeatedly and this is disturbing. Also, we see a young girl verbally taunting her mother.

Some strong profanity is used in the show.

Whenever "fuck" is used, it is censored on television. (uncensored for the DVD)

"Bitch" "ass" and other words are uncensored but aren't frequent on the show. However, occasionally, these words are used by guests.

The show does bleep out words for satirical purposes, even if the word that's bleeped isn't profane.

While the show isn't as violent/intense as, say, Jerry Springer or Richard Bey, the show is still very intense in terms of the subject matter.
