Juhtimisaju (2009)

Juhtimisaju season consists of 16 episodes that demonstrate 15 different real life management cases. In every show 2 competing teams of 3 practicing managers visit a company where they solve its real managerial problem it faces. The teams gather information, talk to people, and prepare solution. They present it to a professional jury consisting of a practitioner, a management professor and a consultant. The jury assesses - which team can progress towards the ultimate final challenge.
