The Boatswain and The Parrot (1982)

"Boatswain and the Parrot" - a series of Soviet animated films from five issues about the incredible adventures of two main characters - the resilient boatswain Roma and his best faithful friend - a parrot, based on the fairy tales of Vadim Korostylev. Since its release, and to this day, it is the one of the most popular and favorite animated films for children in Russia and the territory of the former USSR.
