A dead man is shown in a medical room. At first, he is assumed to be naked, but a sheet covers him from the chest down. All we see are his shoulders and his head. Later he is shown again, this time fully nude except a thin loincloth to cover his genitals.

A lesbian couple is shown in nearly every episode kissing or engaging in some sort of sexual act, but it's never too explicit.
