O Barulho da Noite (2023)

Sônia is a woman who silences many childhood pains and feels forgotten and invisible to her husband, Agenor, a farmer and worshipper of the Divine Holy Spirit. A dedicated and affectionate father, Agenor struggles to provide a better life for his wife and two daughters. Every year, in the name of his faith, he leaves the family alone in the hinterlands of Tocantins for 40 days. The arrival of the mysterious Athayde, Agenor's alleged nephew, will transform the family's life.
