The ambitions of a ruthless manager test the limits of an unlikely musical duo's abilities, stamina, and friendship. Jacques DuBeau has big plans for siblings Bliss and Erm Draper. After discovering that Bliss is a prolific songwriter, he sets out to mold the pair into an Americana act, intent on making them famous at any cost. His relentless perfectionism as a video director and record producer takes a toll on the brother and sister, who are subjected to extremes of cold and dairy product consumption.
