A Journey and the Doors (2023)

A mosaic story of trust and hospitality comprised of encounters with strangers as a filmmaker bikes through Europe, knocking on random doors in search of food, shelter, and water. When asked to help an uninvited stranger, how will everyday Europeans react? "A Journey and the Doors" is an experimental voyage over the threshold of countryside farms, suburban houses, big city apartment complexes, and refugee camps. From doorstep to doorstep, we slowly enter the homes and lives of the people standing behind the closed doors of Europe.
