Fair Warning (2012)

A pretty bound and gagged woman awakens from a drug-induced slumber and learns her sadistic captor plans to torture her to death. After the man pulls the bandanna from between her teeth, the woman gives what she calls "fair warning" and then tells him her father will give him anything to release his daughter. When the captor refuses, the woman says that she has information about her family that the man would find even more valuable than money. When her captor bends down to hear this bit of information, the victim repeats, "Fair warning", revealing her very sharp incisors.
