V.I.S. - Very Important Student (2021)

Mikhail is used to be a deputy of the regional parliament. He is an egotistical weasel and knows how to get out when everyone is against him. But when the public finds out that he has no right to hold the office without a college degree, his only chance is to return to the university from which he was expelled 25 years ago. However, coming back won't be easy. The rector turns out to be his enemy, because of the money Mikhail didn't let him get from the state budget a couple of years ago.
