"The Best of The It's Alive Show Season 1" DVD is a collection of most of the hosting segments from The It's Alive Show's first season. Included are many funny segments from the show and sometimes includes on screen text about the clip. The bonus features include a behind the scenes look at the making of the opening of the show, in color, with audio commentary by Professor Emcee Square and Pointy. There is also a couple of short clips of of Stiffy and Fritz wandering around lost.
