Just One Small Thing (2022)

When a young college student, Marques, is pressed by his friends and family to visit his father on his birthday, he goes through extraordinary ends to circumvent the task at all costs. In an effort to prolong such a simple gesture, he dodges his loved ones and fills his day with a laundry list of ever growing complex and meaningless tasks until his excuses and distractions finally run dry. Marquees must decide whether to continue hiding behind his lies or step out of his house and finally face his fears of visiting his father.
