1 Verabredung im Herbst (2021)

Linda tries to write down the ramified, melancholy story that takes place within 36 hours in the "Pandemic Summer 2020" in Graz and Vienna: Linda's current lover Anton is also doing it with quite a few others - a bit too far. Just about everyone will dump him in the course of the film, none will cry for him. Alma, in particular, has more important things to do than break up with Anton at all, worrying about her dear heart patient Ruth. But Linda, too, is miles away from all the clichés, in which Anton not least uses his "little lies" in order "not to hurt anyone". Anyway, Linda is also busy with Gustav, with whom she chats away a Before Sunrise-suspicious night in Vienna, including one of those wonderful dance scenes of the kind Brauneis is especially capable of staging. (He can also do chases on foot through nocturnal Graz). Anton will find a friend, however, in Kurt, who in turn has some problems with a small-time gangster, who in turn is responsible for Kurt's brother Egon being in prison.
