Death is assigned his next victim, to help Davina pass over into the afterlife. What he doesn't expect is to have hot coffee poured on him the day he meets her and fall tragically in love with her. Death decided to postpone his duties to just, get to know her. But in the end, he must ultimately decide on if love is enough to save her from her fate.
