A Place Where Horses Die

In this stylized tribute to the classic Hollywood Western, the in-over-his-head Deputy Dale Donaldson (Trevor Peterson) tracks a wanted killer named Zeke Williams (Thomas Banuelos) into a barren wasteland where both men soon find themselves stranded without horses and barely any food or water. Blaming Zeke for the murder of his one true love, Glenda Hayes (Alicia Blasingame), Dale quickly finds his relentless pursuit interrupted by the rigidly pious, female bounty hunter, Marta Conrad (Karli Hall), and her innocent, childlike sister, Clarissa (Autumn Harrison), who are also after Zeke for the reward money being offered for his capture. Action, adventure and romance soon follow as this small group does battle with the elements - and each other - to survive this deadly place where horses die.
