The Birth of Violence

A white collared callow family man named Ben arrives at his apartment after his day at work. He encounters his neighbors Mal and her sister Mila, a tattoo artist and a drug dealer in a life or death situation. He abandons them as he gets a clearer picture of the scene. A hitman who saw him entering Mal's apartment trails him and orders him to lay low. A few weeks later, Mal stops at Ben's apartment and demands an explanation for what he did the other night. He replies by saying that criminals like her doesn't deserve his help. As Mal sees Ben and his daughter Tracy together, she attempts to assault Tracy, which pushes Ben to react and kill Mal.
