Trigal (2022)

Sofia is 13 and lives in the city, Cristina is 13 and lives in the countryside, both are cousins and spend summers together in a rather desolate wasteland, but this summer something is changing. They are discovering their own sexuality, inexperienced and awkward, both fall in love with a farmhand 20 years older. During these days of games and discoveries the two will be immersed in this triangle whose outcome will mark the passage from puberty to adolescence for both of them. This sensitive and profound film is based on the own experiences of Anabel Caso, its director.
