Kathy and Bill Magee are a seemingly typical American couple. Long time empty nesters to five children, this couple enjoys cooking, traveling, socializing... and running one of the top medical charities in the entire world. This film explores the magic behind what created Operation Smile; a huge part of that being a young girl's dream of visiting Africa and becoming an airline stewardess.
