Homo Georgicus: Where is the lost land? is an experimental film depicting the adventure of an 8-year-old boy who steals an old Georgian fossil, the skull of a million-year-old species "Homo Georgicus" and decides to run away with it from school to find "the lost land". The film reflects on boy's inner adventure which centers on his main point of curiosity: "Where is the lost land?" As he trusts his instincts and navigates through the politically challenging environment, he realizes a thing or two about the outside world and his relation to it.
