For Thom

Due to her isolation, Thom tries taking her own life but her attempt gets thwarted by her loving brother Joe who convinces her to try counseling. On her way there, Thom runs into her best friend, or seemingly former best friend Milly and misses the obvious signs that Milly also has mental health struggles of her own. After the counseling session leaves Thom feeling even more isolated, she once again tries taking her own life. After receiving an unexpected phone call at the last possible moment, Thom goes to a hospital where Milly is in critical condition after her own failed suicide attempt. Milly wakes up the next day where Thom ensures her that she'll always be there for her before wishing her the happiest of birthdays, finally uniting them at last.
