Disarmament: Where Are Our Influential Women? (1982)

About potential nuclear war and three brilliant women from around the world expressing their vision of what needs to happen to stop the unimaginable. Inga Thorsson stated that we need to start imagining what a nuclear war would be like. Betty Loll suggested that especially courageous women with a fresh outlook need to step up to influence those in power. In order to stop the progression toward an unthinkable disaster, Swadesh Rana suggested we need to understand how this nuclear armament industry is draining the global economy and is responsible for the downward economic trend. As complex as the issues are, Inga Thorsson offers hope. She is convinced that "a miracle could happen, but it requires a change of heart -- based on knowledge of what we are all about."
