Extra-Wurst (2019)

Veal sausage with spaetzle. The vocational school is offering this traditional menu as part of a new curriculum. The aim is to bring foreign children closer to Swiss culture. Schoolgirl Esma doesn't want to eat sausage. After unsuccessful discussions with the teacher and the school director, the education directorate intervenes. Esma is given a choice: either she eats the sausage or she is expelled from school.
