After breaking up with his girlfriend, young intellectual Narek sinks into a deep depression. He recklessly speeds through the city and meanders through various bars and cafes in pursuit of short-lived love affairs. At home, he vainly seeks validation through poetry and philosophical literature in his drunken state of mind. From time to time he would receive calls from his mother hoping that she might intuitively provide him that "silver bullet" to put his torment to rest. Yet solace never comes. Narek becomes more and more convinced that the only reason he could not hold on to his true love was due to his own infantilism and arrogance. For him, escape from this deep psychological crisis is the only desperate act.
