When a young woman struggling with low confidence decides to follow the guidance of a popular self-help book, she makes a bold decision towards manifesting her dreams. "Prepared" provides a glimpse into the world of Black female empowerment under the guise of haircare, self-love, and a fictitious self-help book titled "Hey Sis, Be Prepared."
