From August 21 to 28, 2011, Paris hosted the ninth edition of the Homeless World Cup, the Homeless Football Cup. Eight days, 70 teams representing 64 nations competed on three street soccer fields installed at the foot of the Eiffel Tower. As close as possible to Argentina's women's team and the French, Japanese, Kenyan and Palestinian men's teams, this documentary portrays players and their social educators, from the first street spotting to competition. In parallel, he tells the story of the founder of the event, Scot Mel Young, who imagined this Cup as a way to fight poverty.
